Information we handle

Contact enquiries include your name, telephone number, email address, topic, learning level, and message. Trial requests include a parent name and telephone number, student name and grade, and preferred branch. You may also provide LINE ID, email, preferred contact time, school, age, learning needs, and assessment details. Linked LINE registration and website attribution may include your LINE profile details, campaign parameters, click identifiers, referral page, and landing page. When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA processes verification information.

Required and optional information

The contact form requires your first and last name, telephone number, email address, topic, learning level, and message. The trial form requires the parent name and telephone number, student name and grade, and preferred branch. You must also acknowledge this notice. Without the required information, the relevant form cannot be submitted. Other trial details and the choice to receive promotions are optional.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, discuss a suitable programme, coordinate a trial lesson and branch, and maintain the related enquiry or lead. Attribution helps identify the campaign or referral connected to an enquiry. reCAPTCHA, when enabled, helps identify automated submissions.

Optional promotions

Our administrators send course news and promotions manually through LINE and email and make promotional telephone calls. A separate, initially unselected choice covers this use of the contact details you provide. Declining does not affect your enquiry or trial request. To request withdrawal, call the privacy contact number above and tell the administrator which contact details and channels your request concerns.

Student information

The website trial form is intended for a parent or guardian authorised to provide the student information needed for the enquiry and learning discussion. Please provide only relevant details. Do not include identity-document numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information in open text fields. Contact our administrators if you need help providing information on behalf of a child.

Recipients and locations

Company administrators, relevant branch staff, and authorised IT staff handle information for their assigned duties. Trial registration details pass to our CRM, and contact-form details are sent to our Gmail contact inbox. The linked LINE flow involves LINE. Google services also provide embedded maps or videos and, when enabled, reCAPTCHA. External asset providers deliver some page scripts and styling. Our website, CRM, databases, and backups are hosted on Google Cloud in Singapore. This location does not describe every copy handled by Gmail, LINE, or other providers; their processing locations and arrangements are being reviewed.

Browser storage and external content

Session cookies support website sessions, language preferences, and form security. Trial and linked LINE registration pages save campaign history in browser storage. Saved history is valid for 90 days from its initial storage; later visits do not extend that period. Expired history and older entries without a verifiable date are removed the next time those pages check storage. You can clear website data in your browser earlier, but this does not delete information already sent to us. A tracking-link cookie also has a 90-day lifetime. Loading external maps, videos, scripts, or styling connects your browser to those providers. Following a Facebook or LINE link takes you to that service, where its own privacy terms apply.

How long information is kept

The browser-history limit is described above. Retention arrangements for website enquiries, CRM leads, company-controlled LINE records, emailed copies, application logs, and backups are still being verified. Contact our administrators for information about a particular record. A request to stop promotions and a request to delete an enquiry are separate requests.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access or a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to the relevant Thai data-protection authority. Call our administrators using the number above. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and, where relevant, your authority to act for a child.
