Children build early number sense through concrete, hands-on materials. This helps them understand quantity and number relationships without relying on memorisation, while supporting age-appropriate development and a positive attitude towards mathematics.
Interested? You are welcome to bring your child in and experience the class environment first.
Yes. Building a CPA foundation from K1 creates a bridge to more abstract ideas, helping children enter Primary 1 with stronger understanding and gradually move beyond finger counting.
If you would like to prepare your child for Primary 1, you are welcome to talk with our team first.
Yes. Our hands-on Intensive Bar Modeling Bridge module teaches students how to translate written statements into proportional bar models, helping them build the foundation needed before joining P6 exam-preparation classes.
Even if your child is starting in P5, there is still time to catch up. We would be happy to discuss a suitable learning plan with you.
Ordinary counting practice often focuses on memorising the sequence from 1 to 10. At eimaths, the CPA approach (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract) lets children work with real objects and connect numbers with quantity, volume, and weight before moving to numerical symbols.
If you would like to see CPA in action, you are welcome to join a trial class with no obligation.
We use hands-on, three-dimensional manipulatives such as coloured building blocks, geometric shape sets, and Singapore-standard concrete learning materials. These resources help children build understanding through direct physical experience.
If you would like to see the learning materials, you are welcome to visit us.
At ages four to five, children are becoming ready for symbolic thinking. CPA helps them move from objects they can touch to visual representations such as Number Bonds, so they can recognise number structures before working with abstract symbols in primary school.
If you would like your child to develop a clearer picture of number structures, come and experience our learning approach.
A Bar Model acts as a visual scaffold. Students draw bars to represent the quantities in a problem, separate the first and second conditions visually, and translate long written statements into mathematical relationships more easily.
If you would like your child to become more confident with two-step problems, you are welcome to speak with us.
A correct answer can sometimes come from guessing or memorising a formula. Explaining the thinking process demonstrates mathematical reasoning and a genuine understanding of the concept, while supporting a growth mindset and long-term confidence.
If you would like your child to practise explaining their mathematical thinking, we are always happy to advise you.
Yes. P5 problems use real-world contexts such as bank interest, product discounts, and mixture ratios. This helps students see mathematics as a practical tool for solving everyday problems.
If you would like your child to see how mathematics applies to real life, come and experience our classes.
We create a small-group classroom without competition or judgement, where children are free to try, make mistakes, and learn. Difficult numbers are presented as enjoyable challenges rather than threats.
If you would like your child to feel more comfortable with mathematics, bring them in to experience our classroom atmosphere.
We rebuild confidence step by step, beginning with problems the child can solve to create small wins. In a non-judgemental classroom, effort is recognised and children are encouraged to participate without fear.
If you would like to help your child regain confidence in mathematics, you are welcome to talk with us first.
We explain the limitations of short-term memorisation aimed only at full marks and encourage parents to focus on logical development and visual modelling. Behavioural progress reports also help parents see how a positive learning experience can support more sustainable results.
If you value enjoyable learning that leads to lasting progress, we would be happy to talk with you.
Assessment focuses on the child's thinking process and structural understanding, such as accuracy with Number Bonds and the ability to give a short explanation, rather than relying on timed tests. This supports a smoother transition to P1.
If you would like to help your child transition smoothly to P1, you are welcome to speak with us.
Parents can expect progress towards independently handling two- to three-line word problems with two conditions, greater confidence with unfamiliar problem formats, and fewer careless errors through a structured answer-checking process.
If you would like to understand how your child's progress can be tracked, we are happy to discuss it with you.
Formal mock exams are held during Term 2 using Singapore MOE-standard questions under timed conditions. Individual error analysis helps identify and address learning gaps before the actual examination.
If you would like your child to practise with Singapore-standard exam questions, they are welcome to attend a trial class.
Trial classes can be booked in advance. Children join a real group activity, work with concrete learning materials, and receive a complimentary logical-skills assessment. Seasonal promotional offers may also be available at the start of a school term.
If you are interested, your child is welcome to try a class first, and our team can let you know about current promotions.
All instructors undergo profile screening and logical-skills assessment, followed by intensive training in the CPA teaching approach and child psychology from a specialist Singapore team. This process helps maintain a consistent standard of instruction.
If you would like to learn more about our Singapore-trained instructors, come and meet the teaching team.
Parents can explore reviews, experience stories, and video interviews from families and students through the official eimaths Thailand Facebook Page, YouTube channel, and established education review platforms.
After reading the reviews, your child is welcome to experience an eimaths class first-hand.
